Are all the clothes in offline/unlockable?

I've finished with the story but Only a little over half the oufits are out. I'm still missing that lion tamer looking female outfit. Anyone know if its online only?

You're probably thinking of one of the outfits that was found by memory editing. Obviously those aren't unlockable.

ah...poo..I was hoping I could get it...V__V:
But the new type of rooms are available offline though right? So far I haven't been able to get one.
