AI. As I understand it, only the party leader can bring his into battle. (If you're offline, that doesn't matter)

Ok cool also how come theres 110's capped 120's capped I even seen 130's but seen a lot of groups like full 110's and 1 113 in level... Could someone explain this level capping system

It's offline mode, where the cap is lv 200 I believe.

On US Servers, the current cap is 110. However, your Partner Machine is always 10 levels higher than you. Other NPCs you can bring are 3 levels higher than you (sometimes lower).

On the Japanese servers, the current cap is 130.
