PSU-XBox 360: PSU Casino weirdness.

So, Last night in the casino it was
Jackpot after Jackpot for a few
particular players. One guy won the
120 G jackpot every five minutes or less
for about half an hour straight. A couple
other players were regularly winning 16 S-
60 S jackpots.

Firstly, How can you even spend that much
gold?? After winning 120G you have enough
to buy everthing 10 x over! Why keep getting the same amount over and over?

Secondly, This has to be a glitch that
is being exploited in some way. These guys
had no photon luck, and the odds of that
happening are immeasurable. _-_

Does anyone know whats up with this?

The people that were winning the jackpots
on the slot machines were staying glued
to their respective slots and not letting
others have a chance to use those machines.

Funny thing is, I checked all the other
slots and only 2 had any jackpot whatsoever. It was like 8 S.

If you win at least one gold in ANYTHING in the casino, you get a jackpot fanfare for you. It doesn't necessarily mean you won the jackpot, nor is it some kind of glitch. Basically, they were doing reckless all or nothing bets with large amounts of gold and getting lucky.

Uh? It doesn't matter if anyone's on the slots. You can walk right up and use it.

Actually, if they were doing this in slots that is a little suspect. You're sure they weren't on the Gold slots?

It is not a glitch, and it is not the SLOTS jackpot, if you bet on the roulette enough coins and you win it will be announced as a jackpot. Yesterday I saw a guy gain gold after gold and in his final bet (after loosing some of them) he won 900 Gold (so his bet was 450G on red) and it was announced with the jackpot music

I didn't realize that more than one person
could use each slot machine at a time.

I would like to know if anyone else knows
if there is some kind of glitch. or if
perhaps someone has a modded system.

I'm not asking for details, or "how to
perform" just seems to me that something
funny was going on..

I'm certain that the players in question wer'e in fact winning
jackpots at the slot machines, and not the Roullette table.
each time it would say "So and So has won the 120 G jackpot
on machine #7" people were watching the guy and saying ???3x in a
row?" wtf 4x ? and such 120 G everytime for the one guy.

Machine 7 is a cooper slot, so it is strange indeed...

Eh some people are just lucky. A friend of mine won 3x jackpot the other day, and my other friend can get fever 20x times in matter of minutes.

it wont say thay won the jackpot on #7 or any slots

if your win big on roullet(spelling) it will say"so and so won the (larger amount here) jackpot"

and on slots it will say "so and so won the (jackpot here) jackpot congradulations"

notice the congradulations

They had to have been on the Roulette table. It doesn't tell you which machine they were on if they win a Jackpot, and it couldn't have gotten back up that high three times in 5 minutes.

They lucked out on the Roulette table.

Unless winning a large sum on a slot machine also scrolls the "Jackpot" message, then they might have gotten a 100x and 20x at once on a gold machine...

But probably roulette. 99% chance, really.
