anyone use that a lot? that's the best search feature ever and lets you even compare prices of the item you are looking for without having to leave your room. http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/anime1.gif

and so many specific search filters like price, rarity, name, type, etc. etc.!

we save lots of money and avoid rip offs more often seeing the big picture of the different prices each room has set for those items! http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/anime1.gif

edit: oh ya the Whopper.

It always works for me...

It is the only thing I use for item search (aside from search by ad).

it's how I set the price for my items.

Search for the item, by price, and undercut the lowest one

The only thing I have to gripe about the conditional search is that you cannot search for specific elements on weapons. I was under the impression that we would be able to do this a few months leading up to the release of Aoti.

I mean, its an exceptional add-on to the shop function as it eliminates the need to wander into useless "STORAGE ONLY TEH LOLZ" shops, and you don't have to jump through mountains of load screens.

Actually you can just type in the name of the element in the name part then you have to adjust the other settings to fix the area you are looking for *'s, sword, price, etc.

Also sometimes it doesn't work for me like I can't search for Azul Fire correctly for some reason. I found out I can only use Azul to look for it but a few other things have come up like this

I just hope more shops the The NPC Price Store(PS/PC server user) as well as the other users like him help spread the word against overpricing. But yeah, the new search feature is win.

Everyone does that and it's annoying. It's constant price wars until you recieve wayyy less than what you should have for the item. I liked being able to rip people off, I miss it =[

This concept of 'wuv' confuses and infuriates me!

it is great they added that feature for the search engine, but on PC/PS2, the prices of some items are really depressing. :S

Yeah, its awesome, and it teaches people to not overprice otherwise they get no profit, unless of course someone's actually stupid enough to buy the most expensive thing they see, which I don't doubt.

Then everyone just prices everything the same price.

i was just looking for a good lightning okanoh... so i typed in "okanoh lightning", sorted by price, and found a 30% 2/10 for 1 mil in about 5 seconds http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_razz.gif

just some tips for anyone who doesnt know, all kinds of keywords work...

lookin for certain slots? type "head", set the rarity to whatever ur lookin for, category to "unit" and sort however you want... ull get a list of head slots sorted by price http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_razz.gif
armors work with the elements too

best thing this game has ever had... EVER

Yeah this feature is good but I noticed that prices have been dropping lower and lower lately. I guess its good but it feels like some stuff is almost too cheap now even when I'm the one buying it. Oh well better this way then stuff being overpriced.

Ground *****
Light *****

it works.

For some reason, It wouldn't search a few certain items on the new feature, yet it finds the item using the old item name search... Like, Kubara Wood didn't work for me. Nor did [B] Ganna Line
And I typed it in correctly... No search results. Then I did the same thing on the old item search, and I found shops that sell those items <___>

I mean, It's still one of the most amazing options added http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_smile.gif I just seem to have a few problems with it...

The problem with Kubara wood is that the function searches for Wood, made by kubara, so just type wood, and set the right rarity. As for Ganna Line try it as gannaline, or just ganna and set the category to boards. Small things like that screw with the search.

I have a hard time searching for weapon boards, but other than that it's a divine change.

I'm pretty sure it's not possible to search for [B] Double Saber, but other than that - I like it http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_smile.gif

The condition feature is one of the best additions to the game I think. I hate load screens...

Weeaboolits
Dec 26, 2007, 05:17 PM
It was implemented before I got online, so I've only used the old search by accident.

Raine_Loire
Dec 26, 2007, 10:02 PM
I mostly only use the conditional search, however when something comes up as "no shops found" I fall back upon the old search by item. It's never let me down. It seems like there are times a shop becomes "invisible" to conditional searches, and you can only find it by looking for the item... I got 5 goldanias for 25 k each the other day, when the shops had them all for 80k + http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/anime1.gif

Don't get me wrong, the new feature is awesome. But if you need something, exhaust ALL possibilities O.o

I don't know how to use it. http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/anime1.gif'' However if it's that useful then I probably use it.
