just go to the condition search function on the console in your room and search for halarods by price, if your trying to buy one its your best bet to find one cheap, and if your looking to make some quick money just put yours for sale for cheaper than the lowest priced one.

Go on-line, use condition search (Set price on last option), search Halarod. It will give you a list of a prices currently available to purchase. If they are to much you can wait for a price drop or bite the bullet and spend the cash.

I believe gryphonvii is right though; it's about 200-300k for a 0/10. If you don't care about breaks I would guess you could get one around 150k if you looked/bargained enough.
