How do i get to "forest infiltration" mission?

Tried looking for any maps/guide that show which mission is where? there was one, but it dissappeared

in particular id like to know how to get to "forest infiltration" (rainbow beast way, or demons above way?)

would be grateful for any links.

After Rainbow beast u go back the door u came from to get into forest infiltration
