Sorry for the noob question: Weapon Grinding.

Stores used to sell grinders, but they're not there anymore. I looked all over last night and didn't find any NPC's selling them. Can you only synth grinders now?

I did find a bunch of info on the new system, how the weapon isn't blown up....that's niiiiiice.

Unfortunately, complete grinders have never been sold from the NPC. The only way to get them is to either synth them yourself, or buy them from a player shop.
