They don't drop anywhere currently do they? If not, any news on if they will drop and where?

It's an area drop from the Caves area in the JP maximum attack G.

Well it is and isn't...

It is in the fact that... well... it doesn't drop yet and sorta makes me have to get it via the casino.

It isn't in the manner that we may get it some time (be it sooner or later =/ ).

It has not been formally announced yet, but it's more than likely that we will get this event. As for the Thanks Festa....

Thanks Festa feels like it should be soon. Thing is, unless they simultaneously release the Level 120 Cap, I can't see the general populace being too motivated by the missions.
