Yeah that was weird.I sold my 18%ground 1 for 6mil.(Blackheart)
and soon a mission is comin out that at the end u get the board for completing it.(So i have heard)

The second episode of Chapter 3 of the online story mission has Tyler in it. He's level 95 though, and you have to beat him in a certain time limit. He has an ok chance of dropping the Blackheart board.
