The value of meseta overall is going up, and some things are becoming affordable for the casual people.

its good for the most part. it gives casual players a better chance of upgrading, plus its not like theres no such things are rares or anything. all of the old PSU v1 drops are still worth a fortune becauce of the abysmal drop rates.

ie: SPS/Cati / Power, Kan Yu, Rattlesnake, Shigga Baret, Cubo Tumo. Gur Asted, Needle Cannon (ouch all gunner weaps XP).

I think there is a balance in the value of S ranks. There has to be some worthless S ranks though, like the varista and Gae bolg in pso. And some truly top notch rare weapons like the double cannon and heaven's punisher. But i like that their cheap, i just wish everyone's weapons were cheap lol rifles and bows.

It gives everyone a chance to have fun and build their collection of stuff

Prices lowering is *ONLY* good.

What most people don't get is that these 10* and 11* weapons are SUPPOSED to be EASY to get. In the long run (1-2 years from now) they will be considered standard weapons and the 12* and up weapnos will be considered the "rares". The prices of these 10* and 11* weapons should start to rival their 9* counterparts.

Just because more people have a certain S-Rank does not devalue the S-Rank to me.. Why should it? I like the way the weapon looks, I like the stats on it, and I like that I obtained something at least moderately rare. (Even if it becomes easy to acquire later on, that doesn't devalue the effort I placed into it initially when it wasn't so easy to get..)

It is kind of.. I don't know the right word for it, but being upset that you're no longer "special" for having a certain item is kind of silly. =P

As someone who likes to play as a Gunner I hate it, I can't find the rares I want and everything I do find isn't worth anything so I struggle to raise the 99 million needed to buy a Rattlesnake.

I think Gunner weapons will eventually start dropping too, I have a feeling stuff like the Blackbull, Rattlesnake and Asted will eventually start dropping in future missions (S2 AoI missions?).

Surely even ST wouldn't be stoopid enough to competely cripple a class by making their rare weapons nearly impossible to get? If that's the case then they might as well do away with Gunners all together especially when they've just given a massive boost to melee in both power and rare drops.

If future missions don't give anything decent for Gunners to hunt then I'll probably call it a day, I played as a Fortefighter for the first 6 months this game was out and I don't really want to go back. I've done well to get a Blackbull and Degahna Cannon for my character but if those are the only weapons I'm going to get that I can actually use then I don't really feel the urge or see the point in putting in the hours anymore.

I'll be happy when fortegunner S-ranks become affordable. Blackbull and Rattlesnake are still incredibly difficult to obtain, while everyone and their mother has an 11-star slicer or tech-mag. It's depressing.

I like the overall drop in S-rank prices.
BTW, there are plenty of S ranks for gunners that are decent and cheap. Mizurakihoh (I think that's the s rank), Meteor cannon, and Song for Death.

All in all, would you be happy if they increased all of the drop rates to AoI level? Would you like to see Psychowand drop to 15 mil...Blackbull 8 mil, Rattlesnake 10 mil, Shigga Desta 2-3 mil, Needle Cannon 4 mil??? How do people manage to complain both about value and availability when there is no clear-cut solution to both?

what they should do, instead of GBR, is take one or two missions per maintenance, and upgrade the drops/boss box drops to the AOI rate. one or two missions every two weeks until all the old ones are done. at least the missions with 100+ enemies. I'd love to go through a non-AOI mission and actually find something. I've only ran motherbrain like 5 times, but i've seen coni, twin tornado, and a blackheart drop. I'd love to see something drop a shi-kikami, hoshi-kikami, tesbra, shigga baret, rikauteri, hirokteri.... etc.

Looks like fortegunners don't have as many problems as they claim. It's mainly guntecher weapons that are difficult to get.

Got mine the other day from hunting Mother Brain on A, but the Tuma is still too much trouble to find. Been soloing Fakis for about 3 days now, and the best things i've gotten so far have been cores and a poison / resist....damn shame that the weapon boards drop WAY too infrequently or it would still be a decent hot spot.

As someone else said, guntecher weapons seem to be the hardest to get, minus the muzzlefever which is only so-so

I have been soloing DF for a month without results on Blackbull on S.
Now don´t come and say that only GT is the hardest to get weapons for lol.

I'm a Guntecher main. This poll has absolutely no affect on me. Sure, they have dropped a bit; but they are still the class that has to spend a godly amount of money for every single S rank they can get in this game. However, the price drop on them has actually made the fact of buying just one actually possible, given enough time to make the meseta.

And while other classes have hard to get S ranks, they aren't hosed for absolutely every S rank they can get.

Not for me. I've been trying to get them, but it's hard as heck. The thing people said about AOI boss drops is a lie. The lowest costing Twin Hanguns I've seen is 4.5 million. You know what we get with all those Mother Brain runs? Note Seed, that's what you get.

Luck, my Guntecher, and this game, do not exist together. I don't trust luck from this game any more than I can throw it, of which distance is just slightly more than an Ant can throw the Empire State Building. Thus why luck you can buy is the only luck I can count on. Thank the heavens for at least a nice little Lady on top of the stairs in Neudiaz. Though I don't give the luck given much credit.

I'm on PC, but the same thing is happening. I like the fact that S-rank weapons/boards are now more affordable, but I don't like how some A-rank things everywhere cost less than the board/materials. (aka Phantom Rifles selling for 80k)
