Well you can never say never, but most likely no. Sonic Team wants to make them more rare then before, even thou they drop like crazy in missions...

As if. Ranpegi and Soda Riban boards are unbelievably rare.

At present, Ranpegi boards only drop on De Rol A, and Soda Riban boards on De Rol S. I've yet to see either.

Its just I dont want to do Dancing Birds A for Vish Kuseb, only later to find that I could have just bought them from a store. I really hate that mission.

How often do those froggies drop the board?

Well not entirly easy, but Ranpegi drops the actuly Pegi (lol) in Electronic Brain S2.

Last time i looked a Ranpegi was more expensive than a Shato....which is wierd when you think about it lol.
