so after a long hard decision i've decided to go human as my race. I was going to go human fortetecher and started to look for rares i could get later on. I noticed the Halarod could only be equiped by newmans. Is this a trend with alot of other rares?

nope.

Halarod is a 10* rod that is only newman.

Gudda Hon is a 11* fist that is Beast only.

Killer Elite is a 12* rifle for cast only
