(anything that you would normally pay for or are supposed to pay for, mp3s included, are 'warez'... so if you were asking for anything made by anyone except yourself and wanting it for free... that is warez) (IMO, of course, but usually true for all)

I'm not entirely sure what this "warez" garbage is; I am not 'up' with your lingo. Anyhow if you were looking for music on the internet, there is a napster like program that I find easy to use and free to use... the only reason it is not stealing is because they have pop-up ads that you are subjected to (but not too many http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif) that they get money on. So technically, it is not free... is this also considered "warez"? KaZaA works for me...
