Lol maybe I should post my Twin Tornado[B] find then my Pure range PM failing it. No I don't think I will...

86% synth to... my new FG could have really used that.

S2 True Darkness seems to be REALLY mean lately after a couple of weeks back.... Gizaha, etc... though I did get a skella[B] and a ton of Catilium. I'm worried, I've not got a Poison / Resist in over 60 S2 , found two Agito Edges in ONE run then nothing 40 runs later.....runs.... hmmm In TD S news, still not found my Blackbull[B] and it's been over 200 runs since I last found(and they went to other people).... of course then we found 2 within 10 runs.... maybe my PM would just fail it anyway. I think True Darkness is broken.

Good news, 2 Solid / Knights dropped for me on solo runs(within like 30 runs). I'm sure when I level up my new FG he will start finding a load of rares.... last month achieved my goals of Pyscho Wand, Agito Repca and HPC.... didnt find everything I wanted but I'm happy with those items! Happy New Year, may we all find those rares special to us so we can fufill our destiny:)

True Darkness S is at least broken.
Sometimes i get Ank Dedda or Halarod, 1 million Poison /resists.
But never have i gotten the BB board nor have i seen anyone actually using one.
So i have pretty much given up hope on ever getting it after weeks of searching.

Oh, I'm sorry to tell ya this, but Ryna isn't the only mod around here. ;D
This thread was meant to be started by a mod every month, but not many are active when the calendar flips to the 1st, thus Ryna has been making new topics.
If you traced back the monthly threads, you should see other mods starting new topics as well. It's no big deal, cheer up. ;]

I haven't come across any PSO weapons (not sure where to look), nor have I heard of it appearing in any database from someone that hacked the game's files, so my current answer is no. But then again you never know. Once I get a little stronger I should be able to get through S missions effortlessly and I should come across a lot more stuff.

No special graphical or sound effect with this one, but you gotta admit, that is one cool looking Axe. And holy god does it freaking hurt. My current main weapon just from sheer effectiveness.

Again, no special graphical effect, but this thing has an AWESOME sound effect when you swing. Quite a bit of power to it, as well. Oh, and it advertises being capable of killing a De Ragan in one hit. This proved true on C >_>.

That character and any you make afterward it seems. I finished it all on one character and had all the clothes when I made a new one, doesn't carry over missions and partner cards like that though, sadly.

Well, you gotta see though, that defitions of words tend to change throughout the year. Take the word "fag" for instance. It's a british word for cigarettes. And what do people use it as? A derogatory term to describe homosexual people. Even if it's stupid, definitions do change. =/ I think Angra's definition of the word is closer to what it is now.

I believe the constant application of the "loli" label does not stem ENTIRELY in the character model but also from the costumes. Sad to say, it's quite... challenging to (within the limitations of what costume pieces are currently available) assemble an outfit that isn't sexually-provocative regardless of how "old" your female character looks, though it's a little easier if you play a CAST.

Combine that with how it's virtually impossible to create a female character who looks over their early 20s, and... yeah. Seriously, the options JUST AREN'T THERE.

I really do wonder about the intentions of the character and costume designers... >.>

Incorrect. You people who have female characters (most of which happen to be male) just are not able to clothe them correctly.

Very simple rules. Too much skin up top? Cover up bottom. Too much legs, cover up top. Otherwise you equal it out.

Other than that, some of you just pick the ugly clothing choices anyway.

Besides, that Loli statement was an obvious joke. Anyone who took offense to it obviously must have a reason to. Nobody asked for the history involving the hentai and shit.

Yeah, unfortunately we can't have 50,000+ polygon models in PSU, so you have to put up with 'choppy n shit' models (low-polygon models).

Having said that, try making a game that uses exclusively high-polygon models, and have fun getting it to run on most people's systems. http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_lol.gif

Decent texturing saves low-poly models from looking like crap. It's only when you get close to the model you can really notice the base mesh.

Sorry if it sounds like I'm going off on a tangent, but after 3 years doing Computer Games Design, I hate it when people expect high-poly models for everything, without knowing why we even use low-poly to begin with.

I'm alright with the reskin of De rol le but I was hoping they'd at least give another form to fight in the new mission. I'm hoping that form for Falz is his second with a unique form for the (hopefully) 3rd form whenever they get around to adding that.

Hmm. The face is pretty cool but it's a bit of a disappointing reskin overall. It's kinda hard to tell it isn't Dulk Fakis. Hope they give it some new attacks.

Not trying to start up more complaining, I just think a lot of people are going to be even more disappointed now. I'm glad he got a second form, though.

VCC members have been hard at work on a project that's been going on for a few months now. It's been well worth the effort and I'm proud to present to you folks here at PSOW,part 1.

We got a decently developed story,if this is a success you can expect that we'll continue to make more. There is plenty of people you might recognize as well.

Heh, I totally called Falz's 2nd phase. Knew it was coming, but ugh. It's not even a radical reskinning- it still looks like Fakis! If Sega were trying to hook PSO players into PSU with this, heh. I know some PSO players will be turned off even more now. You can't just reskin an existing boss, give it a different face and call it Falz.

Don't get me wrong, I'm happy for all the PSO stuff in AoI, but come on. The amount of spelling errors/naming errors, on top of that pathetic excuse of a 'PSO' boss is just stupid. Shato? Jigo Booma? 'Sange' that is Yasha? Silence Claw that's a reskin of the wrong Nei's Claw? Good job ST.

Wow. I liked the De Rol Le reskin, it looked nothing like any of the current bosses. It even fit in with the story. But THIS... why even bother? I don't understand the logic behind changing 10% of a boss's physical features and then calling it new. I don't care if it's supposed to be Dark Falz or not, that reskin is total BS. It hardly even qualifies as a reskin.

And before anyone even thinks about telling me to be happy we're getting anything at all, keep in mind the amount of effort ST probably put into that boss. Unless it's going to fire heavenly lasers from the sky, steal my soul, or chain Rabarta me, I don't want to hear it.

I think ST needs to start putting a little bit more effort into their visuals and stop worrying about gimmicky events.

They would if people would quit wanting PSU to be nothing more than PSO II. Fortunately and unfortunately all at once, Sega listens to the fans.

The PSO event is nice fanservice, but I mean c'mon, the special events are supposed to be just that, special, not the can't-wait-until-next-month-for-our-500%-increased-EXP Events.

They're supposed to be there to spice up the experience every now and then, not throw the entire concept of the game (GRIND) askew.

I feel the same way however the old fake Nei's Claw was actually the same look as the old Silence Claw. Your right though, hit the nail on the head.
