I think I'd make that Adac ground, since of what you have up there, the ground one is the most useless SE wise. (Silence... is meh, really. Too few enemies it really hurts)

Or a ground Vishic.

As to value, I can imagine it being worth a fair bit. The individual whips normally arent worth much, but they should all fetch a pretty penny being 50%, and as a set, you might be able to haggle a bit more for it.
