One guy's is, for whatever reason, 11-star (still a-rank, weird), whereas all others are 8 or something.

HAX! No really, around the 1up Cup event, certain players found these items in their common box. ST had no comment on the issue. Ken, back to you.....

It was a special reward for playing on a demo weekend. Most people who did it got one. I wasn't in that list of most people as I did play it and they somehow didn't give me one. My common box was also not full. Still, it's only one glitched demo weekend from all the ones I participated in, and it's not all that useful anyway. It's just for wierdness points. I got to mess with it, offline.

I mean, it's like Terry Bogard in a gun, but with mickey's glove on the end of it. They need to give it a high powered slow shot that says, "Are you ok? Busta Woooolf!!!"
