Getting a hold of xbox live

Sorry to ask on these forums, but I can't find it anywhere on their webpage, but how can I contact xbox live over the phone? I'm trying to recover my gamertag, but I can't remember what email address I used.

the number is 1-800-4my-xbox. whatever the letters translate into numbers i don't know,

They're gonna point you to www.passport.net and from there put in your email address for your gamertag and just underneath it is the forgot password link.
If you forgot the email, they can help you if you verify the information off of your account.
