Yes, it's called the shop search.

search by condition, enter item name, and sort it by price. that should give you the cheapest that item goes for.

look up the items u want to sell in other peoples shops by searching by condition. Then price urs about the same as other peoples. Usually i make mine about 90% of what the lowest one is and people will buy my stuff quickly.

There is no set price on any items unless it's sold in stores. To price your items, go do a conditioned search of the item and base the price off of how others are pricing stuff. It's really just supply and demand. If a lot of people want this item and its in short supply, it'll be expensive. If no one wants the item and it drops like candy, then it's gonna be dirt cheap.
