If you submitted a claim at http://www.phantasystaruniverse.com and they haven't responded, it's safe to say they haven't responded to anyone else.
If you didn't submit a claim, why are you asking here instead of submitting a claim?

Well reading my post would tell you of course I sent a claim in that is the pure reason of this post. And yes there have been some people who have got a response. There are other forums beside this one.

if it takes 5 months for us to get events after japan gets them. i seriously won't expect a next day or next week response from sega support.

You can lop off everything including and after the ampersand (&). The session ID (sid) isn't really necessary to have there at all for anyone else.

I've been responded to several times, but that's between me and SEGA.
Anyway, as I already said on the main forums, the response to the room hacking was pretty standard, they want a list a missing items and their going to figure a way to reimburse everyone.
