Does it matter how much luck you have when grinding? When I have 1* and 3* they both give me the first one w/ no chance of failure, then the second is very high..

So.. any difference with 1-3*?

Yes, luck affects grinding. This chart is pre-aoti, I have heard that the %'s changed when the expansion came out. Not really sure on that tho.
