Anyone who is running for public office in the US needs a serious dose of maximum strength truth serum, followed by a lengthy interrogation by a panel assembled of representatives of every major news outlet in the US.

Barring that, I forsee nothing but doom and gloom in our future, as far as the government serving the people.
