Senten Kanzan-ga and Cross Hurricane Glitched?

I just finished doing PA runs and went to go get Senten Kanzan-ga for my claw and I noticed two things:

Senten Kanzan-ga - When you go to trade for this photon art it says it only costs 25, although in the explanation of all the photon arts it says it costs 50 and actually costs 50.

Cross Hurricane - In the explanation of all photon arts it lists this photon art's name as "Cross Harricane".

Weird, isnt it?

I noticed the "Harricane" thing a few days ago, but that Senten glitch is....really odd. o.o

OK, so I was interested in getting another single claw skill and had like 44 PA frags, right? I go to see Tonnio at the Moatoob GUARDIANS Branch, and he says it costs 25 frags. Cool. I go to buy it. "Uh, you only have 44 fragments. You cannot trade this way." (more less - not exact) I check again. Still says 25, still won't let me get it with 44. I change universes, same thing. So then I check with a few people, and I'm told that both PSOW and PSU Pedia says it's really 50 frags... Um, okay.
