My brother and I can't use click, which I think is default. Holding seems to make more sense to me since strafing stays on if it's set to Click. How about you guys?

Hold is default, I think. Unless they changed it for AotI.

I love click for toggling left/right weapon, but I can't do click for strafing.

I use hold. Click just needs you to use the button twice as often. Hold is faster and more precise.

Hold. I use the button all the time to reset the camera so I'd always accidently lock on to things I didn't want to.

Hold is the way to go.
Click is to much of a hazzle in the middle of a battle.

Hold. And if I could, I'd have lock-on disabled so it'd always be strafe.

Same, I've always had my weapon swap on click.

Click on all 4 chars.
When I want to fix the camera angle I always click it twice so I don't accidently strafe, isn't complicated, rather simple to me.

I have my Strafe to hold, its a pain in the ass to have to press the strafe button twice in order for me to walk normally.

I'm using a Radioshack playstation 2 controller adapter on my PC, so I use Hold

My L2 button is my lockon/strafe by default, makes moving/strafing/shooting simultaneously much easier
