Do cards change in any way after lv 31 ?

Might be a dumb question but i rather ask that actually go for it, all of em are at 21 atm.

Their attack power continues to go up, but you don't get a fourth card when they reach the fourth tier.

Bullet wise? No, other than costing 2pp more (14pp per shot).

Element wise, they gain another 4%, putting them at 29% element overall.

The stronger bullets (Fire/Ground/Light) cap out at 170% Att and 70% Acc. The weaker (Ice/Lightning/Dark) cap out at 165% Att and 70% Acc. They still stay at SE2 across the board.

Masei-shiki stays at level 3 DFP down, gains no Acc after 31 (gains 1% at 31, putting it at 75% Acc from 31-40), has 170% Att at 40. Dunno about Kyumeisei-shiki after 30 though.

Did Masei start at Lv 1 or Lv 2 like the other cards ?

So at lv 11 is it SE2 or SE3 ?

Masei-shiki has SE1 from 1-10, SE2 from 11-21, and SE3 from 21-40.

Ok, that's a big "nay" for the AT then, same as with Kyumeisei, but what the hell, it was back when i was GT.

Kyumeisei is worthless anyway. Masei isn't very good either, but at least it has SOME purpose.

Elemental Cards at 31+ are really friggin powerful, that 29% almost makes them edge out my 31+ Crossbow bullets.

Cards get a 5% att boost when getting into the 31+ tier, which makes them even more powerful with the extra 4% element.

As a GT, using the proper element cards will usually out-damage xbows at this point.
