How long does Shifta/Deband last?

I've seen my s/b end quickly. I've seen my s/b on my character for a long ass time. Is the length level dependent too and if so is there a chart somewhere of how long is it for each lvl?

Its level dependant, but I'm not sure how long it is for each level. Level 30s last several minutes though, which is pretty nice

Well...that's mostly true...untill you reach high enough levels that they actually can do some good
