Does the speed bonus on Acrotechers only effect the cast or do the hits happen more often?

Basically, does the Speed boost drastically effect Dam Techs?

It only affects the cast, not the quickness of hits.

Why wouldn't you be useful using it as a Wartecher? Just because of Acrotecher? That's silly to say.

No no no, the TP difference between AT and WT isn't that bad, its the Casting time that worries me =/
