How did the Japanese obtain this weapon? Appearently a certain someone didn't say how to get this weapon in its stats page, but theres a picture of a Banana Ann holding it and it shows its ONLINE stats.

I assumed you had the read the item description where it says its not available and therefore you were talking about the other.

Yeah they possibly got it from the PSO Maximum Attack G event we will be getting sooner or later , where u trade in items for PSO weps hence the real chainsawd, and other famous PSO weps
