Mistake in Pa fragment cost of claw pa?

Im trying to get Senten Kanzan-Ga claw pa, it says it costs 25 Pa fragments. I tried to get it
and he keeps saying uhh wait a minute you only have 45 framments. whats going on, is the 25 frag cost wrong?

its a bug, if you look in the explanation section it says its 50, then when you go to buy it he asks for 25 then takes 50 >.> so its 50.
