So I've been really immersing myself in the whole PSU story arc and I'm really excited thinking about what lies ahead. I wanted to throw out some possibilities on what we can expect and see what you guys think.
First off, I don't remember where I read this, IRC, some message board, or whatever, but I remember a statement along the lines of Episode 3 having multiple endings. Wondering if someone could back that clam up or debunk it. Either way I'm willing to believe both especially the way Chapter 1 Episode 3 played out.
I Totally loved the fact that they gave us players choices to make in the story. In Episode 2 I felt like just some dood that always followed Laia. Kinda like that one dood in school who would hang around with you and your friends. You don't know where he came from or what his name is, but you accepted his presence for some unknown reason. You doods know what I'm talking about! Anyway, In Chapter 1 Episode 3, I actually felt like I was a part of the story. It was sweet! Now I recall recently there was a topic about the single saber 11* weapon, Blackheart. Apparently in Chapter 3 Episode 3. We the players get a chance to acquire this weapon by killing Alfort Tylor or we get his partner card. Is this true? Could someone confirm this?
Under the Assumption that yes in chapter 3: EP3 we are presented with such a choice, I speculate we will see another choice such as that. One involving Hyuga Ryght. The choice being kill him or not. But why Hyuga you ask? Becuase Hyuga is the SEED - Venes. Since these forums move so fast I don't know if it was ever discussed. But if it has then ignore the wall of text proceeding this paragraph.
First of Recall in Chapter 12: EP1. Hyuga was rescued from the SEED capsules which had just transformed Mayas Ex or whatever he was to her into a SEED form. A Carrigune. In Chapter 4: EP2 It is learned that something is not right with Hyuga as he undergoes further medical examination. Then in Chapter 6: Ep2 We learn that Hyuga is actually infected with the SEED virus and is administered a vaccine every 8 hours. It is unclear how effective the vaccine is and Hyuga had been 10 hours since his last vaccination. I window of opportunity for SEED mutation don't ya think? Moving forward, in Chapter 8: EP 2 Hyuga is off supposedly investigating GRMs involvement with the Illuminus. Moments after Dr. Tomrain is rescued, Hyuga contacts you via vision phone or whatever it is they use but the call is static-y. Hyuga is making strange sounds. Shortly after, the SEED-Venes makes his appearance and you make your escape out of the relics. Safely on board the Landeel, you contact Hyuga to see if he was all right and he responds very suspiciously. "Huh, what? Where am I? Was I asleep?" Although it was never stated where Hyuga was at that time, I suspect Hyuga was on Moatoob, because Hyuga was the SEED-Venes which chased you. Finally, in Chapter 10:EP 2 the Guardians Colony is under attack. As soon as you set foot into the Colony you're greeted by the SEED-Venes. He chases you to 5th floor where you narrowly escape him and lock yourself in. Unable to breakthrough, The SEED-Venes heads downstairs to the 1st floor. Once the area is clear you guys make your way down to the first floor and who do you see? An unconscious Hyuga Ryght and what more? After that the SEED-Venes is not heard of again. A creature as horribly powerful as the SEED-venes not causing a ruckus? Something is afoot. That is why I accuse Hyuga Wright as the being the SEED-Venes!
