Reading up on this thread might help, or visiting the guides and walkthrough section of the forums offers many answers to questions like these.

Anyways for that matter u require Hunter 10 to access fF, says right in the desc if you checked it as well ingame.

Once you get Hunter to job level 10 you can select ForteFighter.

go to:

Player Information> Types List

Now you can check the class requiremnts for every class.

I'm not sure if you're online or offline, but remember that you also have to be online to use any of the advanced types. Otherwise you're stuck with Hunter/Ranger/Force the entire way.
