That banner was not like the others. Can't even make it horizontal and parallel to the forums. Where did they think they were, yahoo.roastbeefsandwichmom.com?

Those B(udget) horror movies on xblox marketplace look just as campy + crappy. (crampy?)

And that Water Horse, he has teeth.

No, that's not good enough. Everyone associated with the creation of that movie need to be blacklisted from the film industry. The concept is so horrible I want to commit mass genocide just to keep it off of any media form.

after reading the one sentence synopsis for that movie, which is all that's needed... yeah, go ahead and start with the genocide.

I'm suprised something like that was even advertised on PSOW. Normally I'm the type to say "Little Timmy can go die", or anything to that effect, when censorship is an issue, but damnit I have standards too.

Sord
Jan 9, 2008, 12:02 AM
It was advertised? Well, shows how much i pay attention to the adds (none, save the damn ones that force you to.) Though in all honesty, never liked horror, always found it boring as hell. Comedy horror is fine, because sometimes it is at least funny. Most shit today is just... well... what this is. Or some crazy gorefest. Want to get back to the days where the scare was built primarily from NOT showing the enemy and leaving things to the imagination. Cloverfield trailer look promising, but we'll see.

Personally I think Teeth makes Bug and ...ugh Slither look like works of art.

Hell, for all I know this could just be a movie people are intentionally making shitty just to make other travesties like One Missed Call look good.

The Eye 2002 film (it was acceptable, I am NOT looking forward to the American version at all.)

PD- One Missed Call 2004 Film, decent, again, not looking forward to the American version. ;-;

Teeth, we of the Ninja have swiftly arranged punishment for those involved in the movie.

The one who gave the green light will personally be crushed in my glorious abs. >D

Don't you mean, "The Chronicles of Narnia", "Star Wars", or actually, the REAL answer, "The Lord of the Rings"?

The author of the book originally wanted Ian Mckellen to play Brom.

He also wanted Elijah Wood to play Eragon.

Lord of the Rings much?

The Eragorn movie did suck, but I'd say the novels are overhyped as well. I have both of them (got them a couple christmas ago from a grandma.) It's very obvious the writer is inexperianced compared to long standing authors of repute (for the record, I, personally do not like Tolkien books though, no matter how famous they are.) There's plot holes here and there, character interaction seems a bit odd at times, and it doesn't really leave me caring about the characters that much. It just feels very shallow.

PhotonDrop

I couldn't finish watching Eragon, personally. It looked like a fan-fic writer was in the right place at the right time to get a book and movie deal.
