an item that i am looking for says it can be obtianed through the parum drinking stand item exchange quest... where is that?

That stand is not open on ours servers yet. The stand is present but nothing setup yet.

It's located at Parum West right across from the Synth and Clothing shops. There is also a 2nd Juice stand at the Foran Waterfall lobby but not sure if this will be the same thing when it's released.
