Easy (boring) tech leveling

I haven't seen it around here so I'll say it right now. A long and free way to get a tech pm is to make a newman. Then take foie and turn it back into a disk. rinse and repeat. Note that this will take a LONG time.

The way meseta and low grade weapons drop now the old "recreate char and steal their rarz repeatedly" method of PM raising is pointless imo.

Actually with money so easy to come by just spend the meseta and buy enough foie or tech weps to feed til full twice a day and you will have a tech bot in a week... that's what I did and it was before all the easy money.
