the true part of obtaining a p.wand is not only is the board difficult, but the mats are quite a hunt too. It is ridiculous to attempt to try get it all quickly unless your very rich or lucky, and thus you are rewarded with a very high synth rate http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_razz.gif

What is the point with 99 %...too tease alot if it breaks?

For good reason, it only makes it even more heartbraking (PSU wise) if it breaks.
