So I went to renew my account to play in the thanks festa, I just got a new credit card and...there's no option to pu the "Valid From" date as 01/08

am I missing something or are sega really that stupid? ¬_¬

You don't even need to enter a "Valid From" date iirc

I think my cousin had the same problem he had to contact Sega throught some website, and a few days later he could renew his account, sorry i cant be more help

i've never had to put in my valid from date O.o

Just put in 12/07 for a vaild from date.

It doesn't make a difference for credit card systems, unless of course, the card isn't active yet. If the card is active, just put in 12/07, it should work just fine, I just did the same thing earlier today with my card. The only date Sega really needs is the exp. date, they won't care about the valid from date.
