Winter Event - Disc Locations

Yeah, this is my first post so... I don't believe this thread has been created yet. This is just a rough thread for now... I'm sure someone will create a better one with more details (since this is created by observing only) but for now -

(unrare run + Parum)

-First room-

Disc 1: In the first room hit the switch on the cieling with a gun to spawn the disc.

Disc 2: Appears after clearing the room.

-Second room-

Disc 3:(Right side) Using the same process of killing similar enemies like in the 1up event will yield a Disc for the people on the right side. Killing the wrong creatures will cost you the disc.

(You need to attack the same creatures that appear on the left side, type of creature, buff status and no/or king status details included)

Disc 4: For those on the left side of the map, on the left side of the map in your section you will find a tree that you will need to highlight then break open.

-Third room-

Disc 5: In the room with a Svaltus there are two debris bundles - use your googles and break them open.

Disc 6: Similar to Disc 5.

-Fourth room-

Disc 7: In the section before the boss, open the gate by stepping on the 3 switches and the Disc will be in one of the boxes.

Disc 8: Appears when clearing the pre-boss section of enemies.

-Boss Battle 1-

Disc 9: This will appear during your first boss battle, you need to attack a crate that can be found on the lower right (if facing the dragon's original landing point)

-Boss Battle 2-

Disc 10: Appears during your second boss battle, I believe after a certain ammount of damage is delivered so try not to kill the dragon too fast.

If anyone has anything to add or any extra information, I will edit my original post with more information coming in.

If I'm right, Disc 4 is where you need to "kill" the right enemy. Killing the wrong enemy instantly loses your chance to collect a disc (which is what happened to us earlier when we got a message "killed wrong monster".)

Hopefully. Since I've just gotten all the Disc locations vertified I might copy and paste the main topic section into the guides and walkthrough section in case people are looking there.

This very rough guide is for the Unrare Parum path mission.

-First room-

-Boss Battle 1-

Disc 9: This will appear during your first boss battle, you need to attack a crate that can be found on the lower right (if facing the dragon's original landing point)

-Boss Battle 2-

Disc 10: Appears during your second boss battle, I believe after a certain ammount of damage is delivered so try not to kill the dragon too fast.

im soloing and its obvious i cant get disc 7 but i also didnt see disc 8..ive killed everything and notihng..im guessing it only appears after opening the 3 switch door..

Disc 8 is in the 2 trees in the room where you break the tree to get to, its hard to see but its in a nut. thats in fourth room

Ok! There's a Problem. I got 10 Discs of 10 but i still got 4 Stars. How to Get the Fifht Star?

Oh heres what i got for the adana/dimmo route. Just a quick overview

block 1
1: Hit the switch on the ceiling
2: Appears in boxes after clearing the room

block 2
3: When you start out you go to the left. At the far end you'll see a set of boxes. It's in there, but you have to get the key on the other side after some sidetracking.
4: When you travel to the right side, right about your first encounter with a jarbas there should be a breakable tree. (goggles required)

block 3
5: When you enter the block go left and one of the small pillars is breakable. (need goggles)
6: Only pile in the rubble has it. (goggles again)

block 4
7: More tree breaking! (The one near the door)
8: Boxes in far right corner of map

Bosses
9: Back left corner from where you start there is a box.
10: Kinda just appears. Look for it.

its behind stuff u need to break a tree to get behind some rocks then its in a beehive

No we can get 5 stars on this week, just need the rare route of the runs to get it, Then dulk fakis will be the boss


The rare versions(De ragan route) data are

Block 1:
Same as normal

Block 2:
Same as normal

Block 3:

Disc 5:Go into the room on the right and take the teleporter kill all the enemies and the data appears in the back of the room

Disc 6:When you take the teleporter at the end and see the computer, look behind you and the rocks are fake, walk through them.

Block 4:
Disc 7(Takes 3 people):Go into the door that opens up after breaking the first pod, and get the switchs open with 3 people than use 3 people to break the pod, then go to the door up the hill and in the boxes is the data.

Disc 8:Break the pod at the last door.

Final Block:
Dulk Fakis First form:
Disc 9:Break the box behind you at the start

Dulk Fakis 2nd Form:
Disc 10:Do a certian amount of dmg and it will appear in the middle

Disc 8 is in the corner of the final room b4 boss in the tree. next to boss entrance break tree to get in.

quick question how the hell do u get to the dulk fakis route? is it that red door in the very first room of the start of the mission and if so... call me stupid but how do u open it?

All I know is that it's a rare map.

And just 'cus a few rare enermys spawn, it does NOT mean you have that map.

Its an actual diffrent layout for the disks.

It's encountered just by doing normal runs.

The right fork (Dimmagolous and the Metal Gear thingy >.>) has Discs in the following areas..

-First room-

Disc 1: In the first room hit the switch on the ceiling with a gun to spawn the disc.

Disc 2: Appears after clearing the room.

-Second room-

Disc 3: When you make it to the first Jarba, look for a tree to your right in the area where he spawns. Goggles show a killable tree, break it!

Disc 4: Go back to the area that was locked before (just like the story mission) and the disc is in one of the three breakable boxes.

-Third room-

Disc 5: To your left when you walk in, you'll see two of the lil "light" pillars on either side of the shut off door. Use goggles on the right one and break it open for a disc.

Disc 6: There's a debris pile to the right of where everything spawns. Break it and there's a disc.

-Fourth room-

Disc 7: When you walk in, look to the right of where everything is spawning. You'll notice a side path leading up to 3 boxes. Break them open and there's a disc.

Disc 8: Look to the left of where everything is spawning from (probably easier to see when everything is dead) and you'll see 3 breakable rocks and a tree. Scan the tree and knock it down to find another disc.

-Boss Battle 1-

Disc 9: Appears during the first fight, it's in a box in a corner (I forget which x.x)

-Boss Battle 2-

Disc 10: Appears in the second fight in the middle of the area, after you're done some damage to the boss.

We just came across a rather odd area on the Neudaiz/Moatoob run. We ended up in Bruce's Dungeon, complete with Tricktrack. There's one disk that appears by enemies being killed. The other is behind a fake wall right before the block exit.
