Are there any items that arent in any website that havent be

this question may sound a bit ignorant but you guys dont know for sure that every item has been found right? like perhaps there is a better sword than the dark flow, is that a possibility? thanks =)

I assume Barubary and others have already hacked the game to pieces and would know if there are any items nobody's discovered yet. I could be wrong though.
