but step 1 and 2 are mainly put together if my PM ever feels like making anything over 30% =]

I would've liked there to be some sort of synth bonus or prize to work for, mainly because I want to wait to make my weapons, but I know they will always have the same % success rate, anyways I'm having fun, especially since I have to get one of my friends who just got back up in level, he left when he was level 25

Stop complaining and just milk the event... The rares that drop and the meseta is an easy way to make a quick 1mil.
