when you find a way don't keep it to yourself lol. I think they only have abusive behavior submission forms, there might be another way on the official forums but to be totoally honest i don't think this game even HAS gm's.

Oh, they have GMs, it's just such a rare thing for them to appear in-game that some people who've played from the first day have never seen one.

I heard that posting on the official forums gets the attention of clumsy fairly quickly.. but actual GM help? Nonexistant.

You can also send a PM to Clumsyorchid, Eggshen, or Chillaura on the official forums.

And if you are on 360 there are at least 4 PSU GM gamertags:
SOAgm01 = Clumsyorchid and/or Chillaura
SOAgm02 = Eggshen
ge3usergold = JP GM #1
ge3child = JP GM #2

The GMs rarely respond to gamertag messages though. But you can use their gamertags to hunt them down if they are logged into the game.
