Is it true that all types including Hunter, Ranger, and Force can now reach level 20?

All classes except Hunter Ranger and Force, can go up to 15 though.

All basic classes are capable of hitting 15. Atleast I've had no trouble doing it. Hitting Hunter 11 seemed to lower my HP by about 100 but gave me 66 more ATP for my current level. This seems to be due to a rebalancing that they didn't apply to those who already had Hunter 10. Other than that, there are no stat changes at all per class levels past 10.
