What will xbox live say when my pre-paid credit card doesnt work,right now i am getting this error.I just want to know if xbox live is screwing up or my pre-paid credit card is not working.

It would tell you if your card was incorrect. What's the error? And honestly, this isn't the right board.

Depends on what you're trying to do. If you're trying to buy Microsoft Points, it'll just tell you that the "Process could not be completed," and it'll send you an email telling you the transaction failed.
