What class and what level are you? The simpliest way to beat any boss is to just level, level, level! The most important stat to have is high HP and heal as soon as u get hit. If its that one big attack he does thats kinda like the heavens punisher the way around that is to kill the mag thingys that are floating around him. This will either stop or weaken the attack, in my experience at least.

The best advice I can give is to hide behind a rock and use a handgun (rifle would be better).

The only useable guns I have that I can use is Dim Lockgun +5 and Assault +7
I use the DB Saber as my main weapon
If i need to grind any weapon more, i have many Digrinders.
And if I need high HP, im screwed b'cause im HUnewearl

Use the lockgun. Going melee against Olga Flow is suicide.

Mechguns make Olga cry. Every time I go down there and wail on him with some L&K Combats (or now, my psychoguns), he doesn't even steal my body. He just kind crawls into a corner and cries.

Best advice ever. Hell at level 138, I STILL like to hide behind rocks whenever I can and shoot from a distance. The farther away you are from him when he does either of his energy attacks, the better.

Even if you're just pecking away at Olga's HP, that's a whole lot better than getting nailed in one hit. I just shake my head when I see people doing melee with Olga's feet. It just means I'll have to run out there and use up another Moon Atomizer.
