AFAIK, 11* armor in 100% armor PMz have 86% success.

Pretty sure it's 75%. Shinowa line is 85-6% because it requires a relic edge, castest line doesn't.

I synthed two of both.

Sadly its only 76%. No good reason why it is the same % as 10* armors.
