i get this error everytime i try to connect...

k... i just got my bba..... and connected to my cable modem and shiz, enter my registration and access thing and pw.... then when i connect it says (No. 015) Connection attempt failed. Failed to retrieve IP address from DHCP. Any tips?

Disconnect power to cable modem 5 minutes, plug your gamecube into it, try again.
Don't forget to power down the cable modem another 5 minutes when you want to use your PC with it again.

okay, i have this Exact same problem. i get this error as well. But This turning off of the modem for 5 minutes, then turning it back on doesn't work. The modem works for online purposed on my computer and my server is fine, but it only doesnt work when i try to connect with my gamecube. PLEASE help. if my bba is broken( i got it 3 days ago ) then i am gonna go insane. PLEASE HELP
