I'm trying to figure out what rare items are best from the online Episode 2 story missions?

C - A on the US and JP online servers

Which of them is better or rarer in your mind?

Uh, the online Episode 2 missions have enemies too low to drop anything rare, unless you mean Kerseline.

A Missions give PA frags right? at least the first time you beat them?

yea, 10 per mission

[Laranas]

10 per mission if you get an S Rank, 2 missions per chapter.
