PSU: [B] Blackbull: Synth %, which???

Got lucky enough to get [B]Blackbull to drop. Does anyone know the synth rate for a 100 ranged pm to make?(working on building it up now) Also, any advice on which ??? to use? Or should I just sell the board and not risk it?

Trying to get something for my cast as cool as my old Bringer's rifle from PSO... yes, i'm "old school"

I would make it, then sell it ASAP because the price is decreasing everyday on this and it will drop a lot more from this event.

Blackbull is one ranged weapon you should not make using kubara wood. S rank rifles that have had kubara wood used in them actually have less pp than the normal versions even at every grind +.

I'm pretty sure the Bullic doesn't have the sound effect and bullet effect of the Blackbull, so i wouldn't waste your time go for the Blackbull

or you could wait for after the even when demand goes up again as the supply diminishes
