Blackbulls are as common as anything. I bet multiple people here would me more than willing to offer you at least 99m. Then you could just buy a Blackbull and have tons of meseta to spare.

ok as of now the three best offers are: 1. blackbull and grand cross 38% dark 2. blackbull and kan yu 28% fire 3. blackbull and twin tornado....man i really hope this works synth will be finished in about an hour
