Aah, but that is standard English characters. I'm talking about the actual Japanese script used in PSUjp. It's like the Photon Gacha and how it doesn't have enough room to display the price per use over here.

Anyway:

1.) Some people haven't realized that it's incredibly difficult to not make a muscular male character and feel the need to flaunt their toned bodies. Soon after, they see that they're not unique and at least put on shorts (or ugly hakama).
2.) A very observant intern at SEGA realized that no one was going to really care about what the naked CAST was saying, and handed in the translated script incomplete. A less observant intern then added the text without proofreading.
3.) You're actually paying for undershirt removal. Most people don't notice, but your body suit is nearly painted to your skin until you've equipped an appropiate top. So, you're not paying for a swimsuit top, you're paying for lack of a body suit, or something.
