Davil has 180 on dex and HAS photon blasts.
I'm looking for a balanced mag lvl 200
Perhaps a Sato (Doesn't have to be sato) with like 25-75-75-25 or something of the same.
And something that is equal in strength with Heavens punisher but doesn't require as much ATA. perhaps around 160-180 ATA area.
