Can Androids use Devil or Angel Wings??

I dont know of a Devils tail. I know of a Davils Tail though. And no HUcast cant use devil or angels wings.

Hmmmmm... i think it's like this

An android can't use the cells Heart of Devil or Heart of Angel

but an android can equip those mags

so all you have to do is give the mag to another non android, let them use the item, give it back and let yoru android equip

not sure tho, but i THINK i saw a HUcast with Davil's Tail the other day. It was a black tail and as far as i know panther's tail is grey.

actually panther tail looks (to me) more like a cheetah or other spotted animal tail. It's beige with black spots. I remember because it matches my FOnewms black & gold outfit perfectly.

Nope androids can not use wings at all reguardless of who makes them. Tails yes, wings no.
